Floods On The Jakarta-Soetta Airport Capai Toll Road 40 Cm, Two Toll Roads Affected
JAKARTA - Rain accompanied by wind hit a number of areas, resulting in flooding in various areas. On the Jakarta-Soekarno Hatta Toll Road, KM 33 floods reached up to 40 centimeters.
Kasatlantas Kompol Bernad Saragih confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Friday, March 22.
"It's true that the flood was flooded with a water level of 30-40 centimeters," Bernad said when confirmed, Friday, March 22.
However, traffic flow (Lalin) can still be passed. Because only two lanes were affected by the flood.
"Two lanes from the direction of Jakarta-Soetta Airport can still be crossed, only two to the left," he said.
Bernad suspects that the cause of flooding was due to heavy rain accompanied by strong winds, resulting in overflowing water in the area.
"Due to high rainfall, it causes puddles," he said.
Currently, his party together with Soekarno Hatta Airport are making efforts to extract water so that traffic returns smoothly.
