Choose a balanced menu carbohydrates, protein, and fiber in your intake. Foods that contain fiber (such as oats) help you full longer. Also, don't forget vegetables and fruits. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, because they are rich in water and fiber, you can consume tomatoes, cucumbers, or watermelons.

For coffee lovers, this is the time for you to slow down your caffeine intake because it is recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water every day and avoid eating spicy foods. In addition, don't add too much salt to your diet because it will increase your body's need for water. One thing that should not be forgotten is drinking fresh juice.

You can also consume dates, one type of prophet's diet. Dates have a high potassium, which helps the body maintain fluid levels and prevent dehydration. If you regularly consume dates, it will give you energy throughout the day.

Fresh air will make you less sleepy and will return to fresh and ready to continue your work. You can also take advantage of rest time and do nothing just to calm down, especially if you are suffering from headaches due to lack of caffeine.

An important part of Ramadan is obedience to worship rituals such as Qiyam al-Layl. What is Qiyam al-Layl? Qiyaam al-layl means'sholat at night' and is related to when you spend part of the night (although only one hour) to pray, read the Qur'an, remember Allah (dhikr), or any acts of worship after dawn.

Why only at night? This is because it requires His people to make extra efforts to get His blessings and rewards by fighting against sleep and waking up only to connect with Allah (SWT). Build for Qiyam also helps get discipline, and strengthen self-control and will.

Remember that Ramadan is also the right time to increase prayer and improve spiritual health. By carrying out the ritual of worship, you are not just connected to the Creator but can take advantage of this opportunity to really understand the Qur'an that is read. Reading and understanding the Qur'an a few pages every day can provide a miracle for you and your spiritual and mental health.
