Telegram Launches Four New Features, Makes It Easy For Users To Set Conversations With Customers

JAKARTA - Telegram launched several new features to Telegram Bisnis, to make it easier for users to organize their conversations with their customers.

The first feature released is a feature that allows Telegram users to convert their profiles into business pages, and add their company's location and working hours.

Second, Telegram also presents a greeting message feature, where business accounts can now write their greeting templates, and are sent directly to users who first contact them automatically.

This automatic message will support various formats including text, media, and files and can contain multiple messages.

Furthermore, there is also away message. With this feature, Telegram Business users can arrange messages so that they can be replied automatically when they are closed or on vacation.

Lastly, there is a quick reply feature, where Telegram Business users can create a pre-specific response to send one or more messages with simple commands in any chat.

All Business Telegram features are currently available free of charge to all Premium users.

Telegram CEO Pavel Durov said on his channel on Telegram that the launch of these features is just the beginning. He promised to launch more features for Telegram Business this month.

"That's just the beginning - we're sending more Telegram Business features this month. One of these features will revolutionize the way people interact with chatbots," Durov said, quoted Tuesday, March 12.
