Prosecutors Investigate Former Jember Regent Faida Regarding Alleged Local Govt Funds To Bina Sehat Hospital
JEMBER - Jember District Attorney (Kejari) investigators are examining the former Jember Regent Faida regarding the alleged flow of Local Government Budget (APBD) funds to Faida's Bina Sehat Hospital.
"It is true that Mrs. Faida was examined and has been inside since this morning," said Jember Prosecutor Prima Idwan Mariza as quoted by Antara, Monday, March 1.
He confirmed Faida's examination regarding reports of alleged misuse of APBD funds amounting to IDR 570 million which was distributed to the Bina Sehat Hospital (RSBS) Jember which belonged to her family.
"Related to Bina Sehat Hospital. Later, more details will be directly confirmed to the Section Head for Special Crimes because I have another event," he said.
After undergoing an examination in the afternoon, Faida immediately left the Jember District office.

Information gathered in the field, Faida was examined regarding the alleged misuse of the Regent's Operational Support Fee (BOP) fund of IDR 570 million which was used for her private hospital, namely Bina Sehat Hospital. The NGO disclosed the case.
Meanwhile, the Head of Special Crimes for the Jember Prosecutor's Office, Setyo Adhy Wicaksono, was not yet willing to provide information to reporters.
