KPK Cecar ASN Ministry Of Transportation Regarding Allegations Of Share Fee To Condition Audit Results

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is questioning four State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) regarding allegations of giving fees to the audit of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

They were examined by investigators as witnesses on Thursday, February 22 yesterday. Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri detailed that the four ASNs being questioned were Yunanda, Achyar Pasaribu, Zulkarnain, and Anton Aprianto.

"Witnesses were present and confirmed, among others, related to several work projects at the DJKA Ministry of Transportation which allegedly gave money in the form of fees and the consolidation of BPK audit results on the procurement," Ali told reporters in a written statement, Friday, February 23.

It has not been detailed how much money the fee was given and the efforts to provide it. However, the information provided is believed to strengthen the development of the case being carried out.

Previously reported, the KPK revealed that there were two state civil servants (ASN) who were new suspects in the bribery case of the Director General of Railways. One of them comes from the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub).

The KPK did not specify who the new suspects were because they would only be conveyed by forced detention. However, the information collected by the two names is an auditor or examiner at the BPK RI, Medi Yanto Sipahutar and Yofi Okatrisza who are ASN Kemenhub.

The stipulation of these two names is a development of the trial of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung, Dion Renato Sugiarto. Ali said, investigators monitored the facts revealed at the Corruption Court at the Semarang District Court (PN).
