J-Hope BTS Announces Special Album And Documentary, Hope On The Street

J-Hope may serve in the military, but he has a number of surprises for his fans. The BTS member will release an album along with a special documentary titled Hope on the Street.

A teaser video was released by Prime Video today, Monday, February 19. The 17-second teaser shows several pieces of J-Hope dancing videos that he often shares via social media with the hashtag #HopeOnTheStreet.

The video ends with J-Hope dancing on the bridge. This documentary has a serial format with six episodes that tells J-Hope's love for dancing which started his career 12 years ago.

In the documentary, J-Hope will share a story withLAloo Kin in exploring Osaka, Seoul, Paris, New York, Gwangju where she meets street dancers and various inspirations.

This documentary will also feature songs from a special album that J-Hope will release with the same title. According to BIGHIT MUSIC, Hope on the Street has the first volume with six songs.

J-Hope is the second member of BTS to leave for military service. He started his duties on April 18, 2023 as an active soldier.

On the sidelines of his duties, he also presented a number of songs released to fans throughout 2023. Fans will also get a new J-Hope work this year.

The two new works of J-Hope were announced on J-Hope's birthday which fell on February 18 yesterday.

The first two episodes of the documentary Hope on the Street will premiere March 28 on Prime Video, while the new album will be available on March 29 digitally.
