Regarding Gibran's Promise To Prepare Crypto Experts, Here's The Response Of The Deputy Chairperson Of ASPAKRINDO
JAKARTA - Candidate for Vice President (Cawapres) number two, Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the previous vice presidential debate forum mentioned that digital downstreaming is something that needs to be emphasized for the progress of the nation.
In addition, Gibran also encourages young people to become experts in various fields of technology including Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and crypto.
"We will prepare young people who are Artificial Intelligence (AI) experts, blockchain experts, robotics experts, sharia banking experts, crypto experts," said the eldest son of President Joko Widodo.
Responding to Gibran's vision and mission to prepare young people who are experts in blockchain and crypto, CEO of Tokocrypto and deputy general chairman of ASPAKRINDO-ABI Yudhono Rawis mentioned some support that the government might provide.
Yudho said that creating good regulations and in accordance with what is needed by actors in the crypto industry may be a form of support needed.

"The support needed from the government, yes, one regulation, yes, we hope to encourage good industrial growth, there will be regulations that can be conducive to support this," said Yudho to VOI after the Indonesia Crypto Outlook 2024 event organized by Tokocrypto, last Wednesday, January 31.
According to Yudho, there are several regulations that still need to be improved, such as the amount of tax imposed, cooperation licensing with institutions that have payment permits, as well as collaboration with financial service institutions.
"Secondly, of course, we will also transition to OJK later, yes, we hope that the transition will not even make it difficult, but instead open up more opportunities to cooperate with financial service institutions regulated by the OJK," he said.
