Erick Thohir Appoints Former TNI Commander Yudo Margono As Komut Hutama Karya

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir reshuffled the composition of commissioners of PT Hutama Karya (Persero). Erick appointed Former TNI Commander Yudo Margono to be the main commissioner (commissioner) as well as the independent commissioner of Hutama Karya.

Information on Yudo's appointment was revealed from the disclosure of information submitted by PT Hutama Karya (Persero) to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Yudo's appointment is based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Hutama Karya Number SK-28/MBU/01/2024.

"To appoint Yudo Margono as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero)," wrote the information, Thursday, February 1.

Yudo himself was appointed as the main commissioner as well as the independent commissioner replacing Budiman.

"Resign with respect to Mr. Budiman as President Commissioner concurrently Independent Commissioner of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) who was appointed based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number SK-45/MBU/02/2020 dated February 7, 2020," wrote Hutama Karya.
