Summons Sent To Different Addresses, Ria Ricis And Teuku Ryan Allegedly Separated Their Homes
JAKARTA - After a time of confusion, it was finally answered that the couple Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan would soon face their divorce trial which will be held at the South Jakarta Religious Court.
Previously, the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah confirmed that it was true that there was a divorce suit filed on behalf of Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan. The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday, January 30 yesterday via e-court or online.
"For this name, he has registered at the South Jakarta airport on January 30, 2024 in the afternoon, on behalf of Ria Yunita and Teuku Rushariandi," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, January 31.
In detail, Taslimah said that the party who filed the lawsuit was the woman alias Ria Ricis. In her lawsuit, Ria Ricis asked Teuku Ryan for 3 divorce charges, including child support and custody.
"The plaintiffs who filed the lawsuit are the plaintiffs, in this case the woman, his wife, filed a lawsuit against the cumulative charges. The first demands for divorce from lawsuits, hadhanah, and child support," explained Taslimah.
The inaugural mediation hearing will be held on February 19. Both parties Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan are required to attend the trial.

"All cases of principal divorce are required to be present at the face of the trial, unless they are abroad there is a process there must be a special power of attorney from the embassy where he is. Or if he is sick there must be a doctor's certificate," he said.
However, Taslimah said that the summons for Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan were sent to two different addresses.
"(The address) is still South Jakarta. They have different addresses," concluded Taslimah.
