Jay Weinberg Will Return To The Music Stage, The First Time Since Being Fired By Slipknot
JAKARTA - Former Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg announced his first show since being sacked by the masked metal band late last year.
Last Wednesday, Weinberg announced via Instagram that he would be back behind the drum kit alongside Infectious Grooves, a supergroup consisting of Suicide Tendencies, Faith No More, and Metallica members, for the band's performance at Byron Bay, Australian Festival, Bluesfest.
"I feel honored and excited to go to Australia with legendary Infectious Grooves for a special show at Bluesfest," Weinberg wrote in his statement, before stating that he had another project yet to be announced: "Later on to find out more."
Poster yang digambarkan dalam postingan Instagram itu bertuliskan “Australian Tour ’24”, menunjukkan bahwa Weinberg mungkin akan bergabung dengan band ini untuk tur penuh di negara tersebut.
