Body Exercise For Devil's Settlement Film, Adinda Thomas' Neck Immediately Kaku

JAKARTA - Adinda Thomas has again starred in a horror film entitled Pemukim Setan produced by the MAGMA Entertainment production house with Rapi Film. In this film, Adinda Thomas plays Sukma who is a strong ghost figure of magic shaman descent.

In the film Pemukim Setan, Adinda has to do action scenes such as fighting with other players. Therefore, he specifically participates in body training to bending his body.

"So what will you do with more physical training and coreo with Bang Jo, what will you do when fighting, because I don't have any basics at all," said Adinda Thomas in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Friday, January 19.

In addition to exercising his body on set, Adinda Thomas also deepens his flexibility through yoga that he has been doing for a long time.

"From there I realized I thought I had to bending, coincidentally yoga also made me deepen my yoga and deepen my fighting training," said Adinda Thomas.

Unfortunately, this 30-year-old woman apparently trained too hard that she had an injury to her neck. He felt that his neck could not move after training.

"Half of the day of training I had a neckache, I couldn't see," explained Adinda Thomas.

This seemed to make Adinda aware of her play which required her to do a fighting scene in this film.

"I thought, 'is it like this to be an action player?'. Like really well, said Bang Jo, the first two weeks will really be like that," he concluded.

In the film Pemukiman Setan, Adinda Thomas will compete acting with Daffa Wardhana, Teuku Rifnu, Putri Ayudya, to Maudy Effrosina. This film will start playing in theaters starting January 25.
