NetApp Appoints Michael Thiotrisno As Country Manager For NetApp Indonesia

JAKARTA - NetApp, a data intelligence infrastructure company, has appointed Michael Thiotrisno as Country Manager for NetApp Indonesia, on Thursday, January 18.

With his new position, Michael will focus on developing customer ecosystems and corporate partner networks in Indonesia, to provide solutions that suit their needs and problems.

Michael's extensive experience, coupled with a customer-focused strategy, will play an important role in driving our growth and accelerating digital transformation efforts of various local companies, said Andrew Sotiropoulos, Senior Vice President and General Manager, NetApp Asia Pacific in a statement received.

Under Michael's leadership, Andrew believes NetApp can further strengthen its position as the provider of leading data management solutions in Indonesia.

Michael has brought a wealth of expertise and experience in the Indonesian technology industry, which has touched almost two decades to NetApp Indonesia.

Prior to joining NetApp, Michael served as Managing Director and Country Product & Sales Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).

During his 18 years serving at HPE, Michael also played an important role in supporting organizations in Indonesia to achieve various digital breakthroughs, especially in encouraging the agenda of edge-to-cloud transformation.

"This is a very important period for Indonesia considering how the adoption of IT continues to accelerate and the digital economy is rapidly developed in Southeast Asia," Michael said.

And to push Indonesia's economic growth to the next level, Michael said that implementing a holistic data management strategy would be key to each company.
