There Are 128 Isolated TPS In Rokan Hilir Riau
PekanBARU - Rokan Hilir Police mapped 128 polling stations (TPS) in Rokan Hilir Regency isolated or away from motor vehicle access to be able to carry the logistics of the 2024 General Election.
"After being traced, there were 128 polling stations that were difficult to reach and the location of the butts was in area 4 sub-districts passing through the sea and river," said Rokan Hilir Police Chief AKBP Andrian Pramudianto as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, January 18.
According to Andrian, personnel on duty will definitely pass the sea and river, there are even locations that make personnel walk and have to carry logistics because the entrance to the sub-district cannot be passed by vehicles.
A total of 128 polling stations in the isolated Rokan Hilir district are located in Palika District with 110 polling stations, in Kubu Babussalam District with 10 polling stations, Pujud District with 5 polling stations and Sinaboi District with 3 polling stations.

"For officers to the TPS location that crosses the river, engined boats will be prepared. Meanwhile, ground areas, trail motorbikes are prepared, which continue to coordinate with the kpu regarding the facilities and infrastructure prepared for locations that are difficult to reach," said Andrian.
Andrian admitted that he had made various preparations to secure the implementation of the General Election, ranging from the deployment of around 1,000 joint personnel to the training of the personnel on duty. The Rohil Police also carried out city security systems, troop deployments, and a series of socializations to related parties.
