Campaign In Bone, Anies Baswedan Echoes Changes: Complaints Everywhere Are Expensive Basic Materials, Fertilizers, Fishermen's Solar
Presidential candidate number 1 Anies Rasyid Baswedan welcomed the enthusiasm of the crowd who attended and immediately absorbed the aspirations of the community while attending a grand campaign at the Football Field, China District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi.
"First, I want to convey to the people of Bone a sense of respect, a warm greeting because of the great enthusiasm, everywhere. But the crowd with a spirit is different," said Anies during a campaign on the local field, Bone Regency, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 17.
Anies also said that with the money people could move the masses, but money could not move the spirit of the masses present.
Because, there are still many people who come full of enthusiasm and it is impossible for people to come without faith, without trust in order to get change.
"So, I arrived in Bone, not only telling our vision and mission, but I am absorbing the spirit of the people of Bone who are extraordinary, that is what makes this event complete. I am even more enthusiastic, I even feel that South Sulawesi is extraordinary," he said excitedly.
The former governor of DKI Jakarta also listened to and absorbed complaints from farmers and fishermen ranging from fertilizer problems to the availability of diesel fuel and even the price of basic necessities that continued to climb.
"So this is when we talk about where the complaints are about agriculture. There are three, one fertilizer, two fertilizers, three fertilizers. Then when talking about fishermen, diesel. The main issue is how diesel is available and the price is affordable," he said.
"Well, that is one of our main programs, the first 100 days we have, we will rearrange our food trading system, so that those who work can produce prosperity. Farmers, fishermen, plantations, breeders," he asserted.
On the other hand, the former Minister of Education and Culture said that in the future the family will get cheaper food prices. Because today the rice is expensive, chilies are expensive, eggs are expensive, then about fish too.
"We want that to be completed immediately so that our family can save and even farmers with better income, fishermen can also save," he said.
Anies also left a message to the volunteers to reach all of them over the past month so that the movement for change would become wider, there would be more support. So that on February 14, 2024, God willing, it will be a day of change in Indonesia.

Regarding the issue of the expansion of the Bone Regency area which is considered very broad, said Anies, of course it becomes an aspiration. This is because similar inspiration exists in many places, and his party sees that the problem during that time is related to community services. So that the government can serve well, then they can discuss it and can discuss it together.
"The issue is that when the expansion plan is not because of service, but for non-technical, non-service reasons, I think it must be rethought," he said.
"When the territory is large, then the government's reach becomes difficult. In many places, we must objectively provide space for there to be discussions about expansion," Anies added.
