MANADO - The wife of presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo, Siti Atikoh Supriyanti denied the issue that the Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD pair issue would remove the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance, social assistance (bansos) to other assistance programs if elected in the 2024 presidential election.
This was conveyed by Atikoh during a dialogue with Bamusi women in Manado, North Sulawesi, last Tuesday. Initially, Hastuti, Head of the Ternate Tanjung Environment, Manado conveyed the issue of blowing in his area which contained that Ganjar Pranowo was elected president would remove the PKH program, social assistance, and others.
He admitted that he had been emotional and hot to hear the false issue circulating in his environment. Hastuti also told her citizens that the issue was not true.
In fact, he believes that if Ganjar is elected president, all assistance for the community will be added. He also asked Atikoh for an explanation of the issue.
Atikoh then explained that the PKH and social assistance issues were stopped if Ganjar was elected, it was not true. Instead, he said, all assistance programs for the community will be improved and integrated through the Indonesian Integrated Card Card Card Card (KTP Sakti).
"KIP, PKH, KIS, Social Assistance, Farmer Cards, even up to 10 maybe those who receive benefits, this will be used as one. So, instead of social assistance and the programs being eliminated, it will be optimized, improved, and those who receive it who really need it," explained Atikoh.
"The recipient may not be like yesterday, not on target," he continued.
Atikoh revealed that he often received complaints from the public about the government assistance program.
Many complained to me, 'Mom, I didn't get layoffs, even though I couldn't afford it. I didn't get KIS even though I couldn't afford it, didn't get any benefits'. For farmers, farmers don't get subsidized fertilizer even though they really need it," said Atikoh.
Therefore, continued Atikoh, the Sakti Ganjar-Mahfud ID card program will integrate single data for beneficiaries.
"With Sakti ID cards, the data will be single data, and integrated data, updated. So there is only one card, so there is enough ID card, use a NIK, later the recipient can use it all," he concluded.
