The Case Of ASN BNN RI Persecution Of Wife Due To Loans Of IDR 30 Million Ends In Peace

BEKASI - A case of domestic violence (KDRT) allegedly committed by the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) with the initials AF against his wife, ended peacefully. Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bekasi Metro Police, AKBP Muhammad Firdaus confirmed the news.

"Yes, that's right, both parties agreed to make peace and the reporter withdrew his complaint," said Firdaus in a short message, Monday, January 15.

Therefore, said Firdaus, his party plans to hold a case related to the domestic violence case to determine whether the status of a suspect from the ASN BNN RI is appropriate to be revoked or not.

"Because the complainant and the suspect have reconciled and the complainant withdraws the complaint, a case will be held. He held a case whether the case was appropriate to be stopped," he said.

AKBP Muhammad Firdaus also said that the perpetrator was annoyed with his wife for making online loans (pinjol) without the knowledge of her husband.

"Yes, because the motive was Pinjol. His wife (used it without her husband's knowledge). So the suspect was upset," said Firdaus when confirmed, Tuesday, January 9.

Firdaus said that if the debt from the loan was IDR 30 million. For his wife's behavior, the debt must be paid by AF.

"(The debt) is Rp. 30 million (later) who pays his debt, it's her husband," he said.

On that basis, AF was annoyed with his wife and abused her.

AF has been named a suspect and detained. He was charged with Article 44 paragraph (1) subsidiary paragraph (4) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence with a penalty of 5 years in prison.
