NasDem Yakin Bawaslu Has Integrity Responding To Reports Against Anies

JAKARTA - Deputy General Chairperson (Waketum) of the NasDem Party Ahmad Ali believes that the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) has integrity to respond to reporting on presidential candidate number 1, Anies Baswedan. Ahmad Ali respects the process that will be carried out by Bawaslu related to Anies' reporting. This is because Bawaslu is a state institution that has the authority in the election process. "They are aware that they were appointed by the state to oversee this election," said Ahmad Ali at the NasDem Party DPP Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, January 9, was confiscated by Antara. Previously, Anies was reported by a party on behalf of the Clean Election Law Warrior (PHPB) to Bawaslu.

The former governor of DKI Jakarta was reported for his statement of ownership of the 440,000 hectare Prabowo Subianto land and a budget of IDR 700 trillion to purchase the main weapon system (alutsista) used. Anies said that Prabowo owns an area of 340,000 hectares, he said, citing from previous statements. At the time of the debate, Sunday, January 7 evening, Anies said that half of the total number of TNI soldiers in Indonesia did not own a home, but on the other hand the Minister of Defense had more than 340,000 hectares of land. For that statement, Prabowo then denied that the data was wrong and asked Anies not to quote the wrong data. Prabowo's rebuttal was delivered when Anies corrected his statement at the beginning.
