ChromeOS 120 Launches Virtual Table Button And Nearby Share Update

JAKARTA - For Chromebook users, Google has announced the launch of ChromeOS 120, with a number of usability adjustments for Chromebooks in the coming days.

Based on the official announcement, Google mentioned several new features and changes to come for ChromeOS 120, including nearby share self share and easy switching from table to rack.

You'll see an update on your device for ChromeOS 120 soon. Here's a list of new features and changes that you'll see when updating Chrome to this new version," the company wrote in its announcement on Saturday, January 6.

Nearby share self share

The nearby share self share feature will allow users to share inter-device files. However, with this update, file transfer will be automatically accepted by any Android or ChromeOS device that logs into the same Google account, even when another device screen is turned off.

Easy switching ways

The update adds a Virtual Table button to ChromeOS Rak. This feature allows users to easily switch between virtual desktops, also known as desks or desks. For information, this desktop virtual is similar to the Multiple Desktop function on Windows and Mission Control on macOS.

So with this update, you just need to click on the left or right arrow, users can navigate their virtual workspace, or select the mini-completion of all clusterings.

These updates and the features associated with them will be rolled out in stages in the coming days. So, it may still take some time for this feature to be rolled out globally.
