Facing Indonesia Gold 2045, Minister Suharso: Young People Should Control 4 Languages
JAKARTA - Minister of National Development Planning (PPN)/Head of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa revealed that young people must at least be able to master four languages to welcome Indonesia Gold 2045.
"Currently, at least young people must be able to master four languages, namely local language, national language, international language, and coding language," he said in a scientific oration at the opening meeting of the 61st Anniversary of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) in Samantha Krida, Malang, East Java (East Java), Friday, January 5, was confiscated by Antara.
In the scientific oration entitled "The Role of Higher Education Towards a Golden Indonesia", Suharso said that by understanding the language of coding, young people will be fluent in information technology (IT) and able to be creative and have good language skills.
On that occasion, he claimed to have collaborated with a number of universities. "For educational hospitals (RS), UB once proposed, but it was no longer continued," he said.
Therefore, he continued, his party encouraged him to do intensive research. "At that time with Unair, but I know about what disease. Because someone has done research on DB, cancer (Padjajaran University) and Teknolog i-Medicine (ITB)," he said.

Suharso hopes that UB can realize this, especially applied research with the natural resources (SDA) basis owned by Indonesia, including the problem of always importing beef.
He said he had come to a country, where the country claimed to be the world's meat capital. This turns out to be a relationship with universities in the country.
"For example, strong UB at the Faculty of Agriculture, can help in this field," he said.

Lilik said the burnout in the realm of universities caused a decline in performance and could have an impact on severe stress. "Burnout is a very tired condition, so work cannot be done quickly," he said.
Lilik explained that burnout begins with physical fatigue, always feels a lack of energy, emotional fatigue, feels trapped in work.
"Finally, cynical attitudes arise towards other people and jobs. The impact will be detrimental to yourself, institutions and job declines," he said.
