Today's Fate Of Firli Bahuri Is Determined By The South Jakarta District Court
JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel) today Tuesday 19 December will decide the fate of Firli Bahuri who previously filed a pretrial lawsuit. The trial of this decision will be led by a single judge, Imelda Herawati. "On Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 15.00 WIB, it is a time determined for the pronunciation of a pretrial decision," said Judge Imelda in the Main Court Room, South Jakarta District Court, on Monday 18 December. Firli Bahuri's lawyer, Ian Iskandar, revealed that his party had submitted 126 pages of pretrial inference documents to the sole judge Imelda Herawati. In addition to the petitioner, the respondent, namely the Metro Jaya Police Chief has also submitted a pretrial conclusion document to a single judge at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday. "Today we have conveyed the conclusion of the applicant as much as 126 pages. We are optimistic that the judge who assessed and decided our lawsuit will grant a request regarding justice for Mr. Firli," said Ian.

On the other hand, Polda Metro Jaya asked the judge to state in his decision that the determination of the suspect against Firli Bahuri remained valid. The police rejected Firli's pretrial application related to his determination as a suspect in the alleged extortion case against the former Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo alias SYL.
