3 COVID 19 Patients Have Been Treated At Friendship Hospital, High Risky Groups Must Be Alert
JAKARTA - The Central General Hospital (RSUP) of Friendship Rawamangun, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta, again received COVID-19 patients on December 14. However, the number is not much, only a few patients.
"In December, I had time to treat patients with COVID 19. However, the degrees are moderate, around 3 patients for this December. All (conditions) are stable and no conditions have worsened," said Director of Friendship Hospital, Dr Agus Dwisusanto to reporters, Thursday, December 14.
The lack of vigilance against the transmission of COVID-19 cases must be watched out for by the public, especially in high-risk groups.
"Because this high risk group has the potential for the worst of respiratory symptoms that can occur in these patients, if you get Covid it can become more severe," he said.
In old age, those who have comorbidities of basic diseases such as heart disease, lung disease and other diseases will worsen the condition of COVID-19.
"Alert must be increased to these high-risk groups," he said.
Even so, Friendship Hospital still has a special treatment room for infection diseases such as bird flu, SARS and COVID 19.
