Rental Skipper Stabs Renters For 3 Months In Arrears Of Payments
JAKARTA - Kasman (63) an eye-dark rented skipper when one of the rented tenants was in arrears in rental payments for 3 months. Kasman, who was annoyed, immediately slashed Kamid's head, with an ax. As a result of the incident, Kamid was injured and treated at a nearby hospital.
After the pursuit, members of the Pulogadung Police Criminal Investigation Unit managed to arrest the perpetrators in the Bekasi area, West Java.
Pulogadung Police Chief, Kompol Sutrisno explained, the incident took place in a rented house, Jalan Ahmad Yani, RT 11/14, Rawamangun Village, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta.
"The motive was when the suspect demanded a rent but the victim was unable to pay for three months. A monthly rental of Rp. 1 million. Because he was billed not to pay, suspect K was annoyed that he swung the ax on the victim's left head," said Kompol Sutrisno to reporters, Wednesday, December 13.
Even though he was seriously injured, the victim Kamid was not critical. The victim is still conscious but is only undergoing treatment at the hospital.

"The victim is safe and is currently still being treated in hospital. The victim is not in a coma, but needs to be treated at the hospital," he said.
After being arrested, the perpetrator Kasman was taken to the Pulogadung Police Headquarters for further investigation.
"The perpetrator was arrested while running out of town. Arrested in Bekasi, heading out of town," he said.
The suspect Kasman was charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 5 years in prison. Currently, the suspect has been detained.
