The head of the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, Brigadier General Hariyanto, said that the condition of the victim under five was still unconscious until Tuesday, December 12. Apart from being critical, several of the bone conditions in RA's body were also broken.

According to Brigadier General Hariyanto, the bruises or injuries made his party suspect the beginning of the persecution case. So that his party immediately reported it to the East Jakarta Metro Police investigators.

"So the injuries became the suspicion of the ER doctor at the Police Hospital. Actually, first they were taken to the ER to be helped in their condition, but what was conveyed under different conditions. There was a suspicion of abuse, so it was reported by investigators that it happened like that and later by investigators it will be investigated again," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a 3-year-old toddler with the initials HZ was tortured and abused by a man who is also the girlfriend of the victim's aunt. As a result of the abuse, the victim HZ suffered bruises, broken necks and burns from cigarette burns.

The incident of mistreatment of a poor toddler took place in a rented house located on Jalan Kecubung, Batu Ampar Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta.
