Acting Governor Of Southeast Sulawesi Hands Over 4,284 Land Certificates For The Community Of Baubau City

KENDARI - Acting Governor of Southeast Sulawesi (Sultra), Andap Budhi Revianto, handed over 4,284 land certificates to the people of Baubau City in six sub-districts.

"Six sub-districts receiving land certificates, namely Wolio, Betoambari, Kokalukuna, Batuapoaro, Sorawolio, and Murhum sub-districts, were symbolically marked by the submission of 500 certificates," said Andap Budhi, quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, December 10.

In Southeast Sulawesi itself, there are 83,530 land certificates whose work has been completed in the National Strategic Project (PSN), 4,284 of which are land certificates located in Baubau City.

"Alhamdulillah, today I submitted a certificate that has been completed to the people in Baubau City. The process of certifying this land is the government's effort to ensure ownership of community land from a legal perspective," said Andap Budhi.

He said that land ownership for the community was legally marked by legal evidence of land certificates starting with the initial step through the installation of boundary signs by the community itself.

For this reason, the Acting Governor also socialized the community movement to install land boundary signs, or abbreviated as Gemapatas.

Andap then advised that land that had been certified should not be sold and must be strived to become productive land.

If the community needs support in the context of a program to increase land productivity, the district/city government should immediately respond to people's expectations and communicate with the provincial government.

"To the relevant parties, it is hoped that they can help people who need to be helped. Provide the best service for the community," concluded Andap.

It is known, of the 4,284 certificates that have been processed in PSN in Baubau City, there are 4,250 complete systematic land registrations (PTSL), 32 waqf lands, and 2 other city government asset land certificates.

Finally, Andap emphasized that during his term as Acting Governor, he was committed to fighting with the community.

"I am fully committed to fighting with you to fight for land that has been certified as economic strength not only for land owners, but also for beloved Southeast Sulawesi," said Andap.
