JAKARTA - The Department of Empowerment, Child Protection, and Population Control of DKI Jakarta Province provides psychological and health assistance to the mother of the victim of the husband's domestic violence in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.
In this case, his four children also became victims of the murder of his own biological father.
"The mothers of the victims of their children are also victims of physical violence from the perpetrators. So it is necessary to get services from the P2A Central Team, apart from now receiving health services," said Head of the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children (UPT P2TP2A) DKI Jakarta, Tri Palupi Diah Handayati in her statement, Friday, December 8.
The DKI Jakarta Provincial PPAPP Office through the Central UPT P2A has coordinated with hospitals, police and social workers of the South Jakarta Social Service Agency, in the context of further services.
"Given that the condition of the victim's mother is still under the supervision of a Mental Specialist, after the stable condition, further assessment will be carried out to the victim's mother, who today knows about the condition of her children, legal assistance and further intervention according to the needs of the victim's mother," said Tri.
The four children were found dead in the room, precisely on the bed. The incident was discovered on Wednesday afternoon, December 6, at around 16.30 WIB. It is suspected that the four victims were killed by their father. The father also tried to kill himself in the bathroom using a knife, but failed and was rescued.
Panca Darmansyah, the perpetrator or father of 4 children who died in the bedroom of a house in Jagakarsa was found curled up in the bathroom naked. He attempted suicide after residents and police entered the house.
It is strongly suspected that Panca was the person who caused the deaths of four children, Viona Audrey (6), Sopiya (4), Arsa (3), Aska (1), two women and two men. However, until now it is not known the motive and how Panca killed his son.
Meanwhile, Panca's wife, Devnisa Putri, at the time of the murder of her child, was at the hospital undergoing treatment at the hospital due to Panca's abuse.
After examining a number of witnesses in the discovery of 4 child bodies in Gang Roman, Jalan Kebagusan Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, the police raised the status of this case to an investigation because of the element of a criminal act in it.
"The discovery of the corpse has gone up to the investigation stage," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary to reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday, December 7.
However, regarding the acts of domestic violence (KDRT) allegedly committed by Panca Darmansyah against Devnisa Putri until she was hospitalized, her status is still in the investigation stage.

This happened because Panca at that time asked for a delay, because he had to look after his biological child since his wife was hospitalized due to abuse.
"Not yet, because the victim has not been taken information. When the police report was made, Brother P asked for a postponement of the examination report. Because at that time the victim's mother was in the hospital and brother P reasoned that he was waiting for his 4 children," he said.
