Weather Friday 8 December, Residents Of South Jakarta And East Java Beware Of Thunderstorms

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) warned of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in the South Jakarta (Jaksel) and East Jakarta (Jaktim) areas on Friday, December 8.

"Be aware of the potential for rain with moderate to heavy intensity accompanied by lightning and strong winds in parts of South Jakarta and East Jakarta at night," BMKG wrote on its official website.

The weather for six areas of Jakarta will be cloudy in the morning. Then during the day, only the South Jakarta and East Jakarta areas will experience light rain. Rain will still flush South Jakarta and East Jakarta at night.

The temperature of the capital city today ranges from 24-30 degrees Celsius with a humidity of 75-100 percent.

Meanwhile, light rain is also predicted to fall in Depok, City and Regency of Bogor during the day.
