Fourth Day Of Campaign, Mahfud Visits Islamic Boarding Schools To Watch Art Performance
JAKARTA - Indonesian Vice President Mohammad Mahfud Mahmodin (Mahfud Md.) will start the fourth day of his campaign period, Friday, December 1, with visits to a number of locations, from Islamic boarding schools to watching performing arts.
Based on the campaign schedule for the Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team (TPN), he started his activities at 05.45 WIB to prepare to attend the National Holaqoh event of Ulama throughout the Banten Province at the Mathala'ul Anwar Linahdatil Ulama Islamic Boarding School in Pandeglang, Banten.
Mahfud Md. will arrive at 09.00 and perform Friday prayers at the pesantren before continuing his visit to Tegal Wangi Village, Menes, Banten, to visit micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) centers at 13.00.
While in Banten, Mahfud will also attend a meeting of legislative candidates from the supporting party throughout Pandeglang at the PPP DPC, Lebak Regency at 14.00.
Mahfud's journey across Jakarta to attend the MUI III Mukernas 2023 event in Jakarta at 17.30. He will act as a resource person at the event.
Mahfud on the fourth day will also attend the Indonesian performing ceremony at Taman Ismail Marzuki at 20.00, then return to his residence to rest.
The General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia on Monday, November 13, 2023, determined three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates to participate in the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections (Pilpres).
