PPU Regency Government Builds Road Infrastructure To Ease Access To IKN

PENAJAM PASER UTARA - Pemerintah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara (PPU), Kalimantan Timur, membangun infrastruktur jalan untuk mempermudah akses menuju Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) atau ibu kota negara masa Indonesia yang dibangun pada sebagian wilayah di daerah Benuo Takaitu, yakni di Kecamatan Sepaku.

"We are preparing supporting infrastructure to make it easier to get to IKN," said Head of the North Penajam Paser Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Rivana Noor as reported by ANTARA, Monday, November 27.

Currently, the Penajam-Buluminung road infrastructure is being carried out, he continued, following the construction of a short road from Benuo Taka Port in Buluminung Village towards the Pitung Village Silkar intersection.

Roads connected to Buluminung Village will facilitate access to logistics shipments, especially to the City of Nusantara.

The prepared road infrastructure can save about 45 minutes to get to IKN, by cutting the distance to 30 kilometers.

Jalan Penajam-Buluminung can also unravel congestion along with the development of Indonesia's future capital city in Indonesia.

Investors that build industries in the Buluminung Village area will find it easier and faster to go to IKN, he explained, if it goes through the Buluminung Village-the intersection of Silkar, Petung Village.

If you want to send goods from an industrial area in Buluminung Village to the new capital city of Indonesia, according to him, it will no longer be included in a city that is long distance.

North Penajam Paser Regency continues to prepare supporting facilities so that investors are interested in investing in the area nicknamed Benuo Taka.

Other facilities that are being prepared include the availability of water and electricity networks as a form of the seriousness of the North Penajam Paser Regency Government in welcoming investors.

"We continue to prepare supporting infrastructure to welcome investors," said Rivana Noor.
