BCL. and KMS as the borrower of the company PT BCL.For the corruption case, the 2014 RDTR construction is known to have borrowed the company's name and was not carried out by the company, in this case, experts."So this work only takes the names of the experts in the company. Based on the testimony of expert witnesses, they do not know if there is a 2014 RDTR work," said Head of Intelligence at the Central Bengkulu District Attorney's Office, Marjek Ravilo.Then, the down payment procedure until the contract is terminated does not comply with procedures and regulations.
Marjek explained that based on the results of the audit, it was found that there was a state loss of Rp. 227.61 million and the suspect KMS made a profit on the loan of the company of Rp. 63.5 million. In the 2014 RDTR construction activity, the budget prepared was Rp. 330 million, but the company was only able to complete the work with a percentage of 70 percent.
