South Tangerang Police Officers Fraudsters The Mode Of Recruitment Of Honorary Workers, In The Proses Of Temporary Dismissal

TANGERANG - The South Tangerang Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) is currently processing the temporary suspension of HW (49). This was carried out in the aftermath of cases of fraud and embezzlement of money using the job recruitment mode.

The head of the South Tangerang BKPSDM, Fuad, confirmed the information. According to him, currently it is still an administrative process for dismissal.

"It is in the process of being temporarily dismissed from civil servants," said Fuad when confirmed, Wednesday, November 22.

Fuad explained that his party was coordinating with the Pondok Aren Police, so that they could immediately process the dismissal of HW's employment status.

He considered that the dismissal sanctions were in accordance with the provisions in Government Regulation (PP) Number 11 of 2017 concerning Civil Servant Management.

"We will ask for a letter of detention to anyone who detains it," he said.

HW (49), an unscrupulous staff member of the South Tangerang National Unity Agency (Kesbangpol), Hendra Wijaya was arrested on suspicion of fraud in the receipt of honorary employees in his place.

Pondok Aren Police Chief, Kompol Bambang Askar Sodiq confirmed the incident. The perpetrator was arrested on Sunday, November 19, in the early hours of the morning.

"Yes, that's right, it's still being investigated," said Pondok Aren Police Chief, Kompol Bambang Askar Sodiq in a short message, Tuesday, November 21.

Bambang said that apart from arresting the perpetrators, his party also found evidence of one receipt with a nominal value of Rp. 125 million and a sum of money up to rupiah of millions.

"Furthermore, the team brought the suspect and evidence for investigation," he said.
