Deel Encourages Company Business Expansion In Indonesia To Global Market
JAKARTA Deel, the developer company of the Human Resource (HR) platform, continues to strive for platforms with qualified management systems to advance companies in Indonesia.
So far, Deel is still optimistic about its two missions, namely presenting job opportunities for the Indonesian people to outside companies and encouraging the expansion of businesses in Indonesia to the global market.
However, Deel's focus is currently on the second mission. ASEAN Acount Executive Deel Grace Bunardi told VOI that they wanted to help companies enter the global market more easily.
"Entering the new market is always difficult, especially in terms of people, from a regulatory perspective to hire people, and also for example how to make sure what people pay is in accordance with the laws in their respective countries," said Grace.
Currently, Deel is already present in more than 150 countries to connect companies with talents from various countries. Grace said that Deel had collaborated with more than 60 lawyers in various countries.
In fact, all of these lawyers are experts in the field of employee law so that Deel can connect all companies, even in Indonesia, with workers in other countries without being hindered by legal problems.

"So in each country that is different, depending on its function we cooperate with other legal institutions to make sure that we can always update if for example there is a legal replacement," explained Grace.
Grace also said that Deel had released a complementary monitor feature to help companies monitor the law in other countries, even in terms of taxation. This feature will show the effective time of the new policy and the employees who will be affected.
Meanwhile, APAC's Business Development Global Payroll Deel Andrew Knell announced plans for the release of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Deel platform. Andrew said that this AI support has been created and is scheduled to be released next year.
We have our own developers and we can handle something at speed. Deel's speed means we can enter the market very quickly. So, this product, in October, November, December, we will get 50 new features in our product, and then we expand to 25 other countries in the next quarter."
Andrew did not explain in more detail regarding the launch of this AI. However, neither Andrew nor Grace said that their platform added features based on customer requests.
That is, all the features they develop are based on demand from the company. If the company's feeback is not so good, Deel may not launch the features they have developed.
