Guru Mengaji Di Kota Bandung Dapat Allocation Incentif Sebesar Rp109 Miliar
The Bandung Regency Government (Pemkab) has allocated a budget of around Rp. 109 billion for incentives for 17,000 Koran teachers in the area.
"The Koran teachers were not only given incentive money but also received BPJS Health and BPJS Employment," said Bandung Regent Dadang Supriatna, in Bandung Regency, West Java (West Java), Tuesday, November 21, which was confiscated by Antara.
He said the provision of incentives to Koran teachers was a form of support from local governments in an effort to realize superior human resources.
"This support is in an effort to realize superior programs, namely the people of Bandung Regency who are Bangkit, Educative, Dynamic, Agamis, and Prosperous or BEDAS," he said.
According to him, the provision of incentives is a form of appreciation to the Koran teachers who have contributed to teaching religious values, manners, character, ethics, and good behavior to students.
Dadang added that the Bandung Regency Government is currently also rolling out scholarship programs for students who excel, especially in religious education.
"At least memorize one juz Al Quran to get the scholarship program," he said.
