DKI Provincial Government Promises All Lacks Of PJLP Salaries To Pay This Week
JAKARTA - Head of the DKI Jakarta Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) Michael Rolandi promised to pay off the lack of salaries for other individual service providers (PJLP) this week.
Michael said, the process of repaying the PJLP salary forecast which was not equivalent to the provincial minimum wage (UMP) in 2023 gradually began to take place on Friday, November 10.
"We hope that the payment process in all OPD (regional apparatus organizations) can be completed this week," Michael told reporters, Tuesday, November 14.
Michael admitted that the disbursement of the thousands of PJLP salary shortages could not be carried out simultaneously. This is because the administrative process is carried out by each OPD in accordance with the budget implementation documents they have.
"So, the speed, accuracy and accountability of the administrative process are in each OPD," said Michael.
Since last January, the salary received by PJLP in Jakarta has not been in accordance with the provincial minimum wage (UMP) in 2023 amounting to Rp4.9 million. They still get a salary equivalent to the UMP in 2022 of Rp4.6 million.
The DKI Provincial Government has finally allocated a budget for paying rapels for the salary difference of tens of thousands of PJLP which is still not equivalent to the 2023 UMP in the 2023 budget year APBD changes. The value is IDR 300 billion.
