Ministry Of PUPR: Progres Rumah Tapak Menteri Di IKN Capai 39 Percent

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Directorate General of Housing said the progress of the construction of landed houses for ministerial positions in the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago reached around 39 percent."The progress of the construction of landed houses for ministerial positions in IKN Nusantara has reached around 39 percent," said Director General of Housing Iwan Suprijanto in Jakarta as quoted by Antara, Friday, October 3.Iwan added that all landed houses of ministerial positions have been built in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) of IKN Nusantara. The Ministry of PUPR also prioritizes domestic products for the construction of landed houses for ministerial positions at IKN, such as furniture."Everything in IKN is a priority for domestic products," said Iwan.For information, as many as 36 units of the ministerial residence were built by the Directorate General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR at the KIPP IKN location.Precisely in Persil 104 as many as 24 units and in Persil 105 as many as 12 units complete with infrastructure, facilities and utilities.The construction process began on December 7, 2022 and is targeted for completion in early June 2024.As a step to adjust the design of the building to the existing land contours as well as for cut and fill efficiency, the landed house of the ministerial office uses itThe tipology of the upslope house is used in the condition of the elevation of the back area of the house higher than the road.There are two types of houses with the position of Minister, namely 11 units of downslope and 25 units of upslope, and the construction process can be completed on time.Meanwhile, the downslope type is used in the environmental condition of the back area of the house lower than the road.
In the construction of the landed house of ministerial position, the Ministry of PUPR installed solar panels so as to maximize the use of energy for electricity in residential units.The PUPR Ministry also asked the existing trees not to be cut down and used and continue to plant trees so that the environment remains green and beautiful.
