SURABAYA - Dini Arrianti's team of lawyers (DSA), Hendrayana, reported three police officers to the East Java Regional Police Propam. This report is related to the case of deadly persecution by the son of a member of the DPR, Gregorius Ronald Tannur, of his lover Dini Sera Afrianti (DSA).
"First, we report the alleged violation of the code of ethics as referred to in the Police Regulation, namely spreading false news and/or news non-compliance that causes public unrest," said Hendra, when reporting to the East Java Regional Police Propam, Monday, October 16.
The three policemen are former Lakarsarti Police Chief Kompol Hakim, Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Lakarsantri Police Iptu Samikan, and Head of Public Relations of the Surabaya Polrestabes AKP Haryoko Widhi. They were reported for allegedly violating the code of ethics and spreading hoax news to the mass media.
Hendra said that the former Lakarsantri Police Chief (at that time as the Sector Police Chief) and the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Lakarsanti Police had violated Article 221 of the Criminal Code regarding obstruction of justice or obstruction of justice.
"When confirmation emerged from the mass media to the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit (Polsek) Lakarsantri, it was dismissed and directly denied (alleged abuse) without a comprehensive examination first," he said.
Likewise, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Lakarsantri Police, Iptu Samikan, stated that the victim DSA died not because of abuse, but because of stomach acid.
"As a law enforcement officer, he should have carried out an examination related to this, the lives of the missing people must be found first, whether the cause is true he is sick or he is indeed suspected of being abused or killed like that," he said.
