Prabowo Makes Sure He Will Meet Kaesang
JAKARTA - General Chairperson of the Gerindra DPP Prabowo Subianto admitted that he would meet with the Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep in the near future.
"We have plans to meet," Prabowo said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 11.
Prabowo said that his party had sent an invitation to the General Chairperson of PSI, who was the youngest son of President Jokowi, to meet.
"We'll see," said Prabowo.
He said that in the near future there will be several parties that will join the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM).
Meanwhile, regarding the future vice presidential candidate, Prabowo emphasized that it is still under discussion with the coalition.
"We will announce the name that has been mutually agreed upon by the Advanced Indonesia Coalition," he said.

Previously, PSI ChairmanKaesang Pangarep stated that his party had scheduled a meeting with Prabowo.
"Yes, God willing, I'll see you soon," said Kaesang.
However, Kaesang still kept the meeting between himself and Prabowo a secret.
"He said this date," pointing at his hand that was not wearing a watch.
Kaesang said PSI as a newly formed party in 2014 needed to maintain a relationship with major parties.
"We maintain friendship and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia," he said.
