Meeting The Grandson Of Syekh Abdul Qadir Jailani, Ganjar Is Prayed For And Gets Special Charity
The 2024 presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo is prayed for by a syekh while attending the wedding of the caretaker of the KHAS Kempek Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon, KH Muhammad Mustofa Aqil Siroj, Sunday 8 October.
Ganjar accompanied by his wife, Siti Atikoh Supriyanti was present with guests of other national figures. Among them were Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD, Minister of ATR/BPN Hadi Tjahjanto, to Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas.
In addition, national political figures from the United Development Party (PPP) and local officials also appeared to attend. Including KH Said Aqil Siroj who is the older brother of KH Mustofa.
There was also the family of KH Maimoen Zubair who became the besan of KH Mustofa. Present were Taj Yasin Maimoen who sat side by side with a syekh.
The Sheikh of origin is named Syekh Muhammad Fadhil Jailani. He is the 25th grandson of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jailani, who is known as sufi magasyur and Sulthanul Auliya.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ganjar was introduced by Kang Muh and his family to Sheikh Fadhil Jailani as a presidential candidate in 2024. Then while eating lunch after meeting the bride and groom, Ganjar was summoned by Sheikh Fadhil.
Accompanied by translators and family representatives, Sheikh Fadhil seemed to convey several things to Ganjar. Every now and then the syekh seemed to count the fingers that Ganjar considered carefully.
"That (which was conveyed) the prayer and practice of Syech Fadhil Abdul Qadir Djaelani for Pak Ganjar," said Riyad, the family representative who accompanied Ganjar while with Sheikh Fadhil.

He said the practice given was in the form of chanting prayers for reading 313 times after Ganjar performed prayers.
"It's (amalan) for Pak Ganjar to always be strong and healthy, meaning he really cares about Pak Ganjar," he said.
