KPAI Supervises Handling Of Cases Of Elementary School Boy Dies After Jumping From 4th Floor Building In Pesanggrahan
JAKARTA - Commissioner of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) Aris Adi Leksono said his party would continue to monitor the follow-up to the case of the boy SDN 06, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta who died as a result of jumping from the 4th floor of the school building.
Nevertheless, he admitted that he had fully handed over to the police to reveal and find out the motive of the dead elementary school boy.
"Regarding the handling of cases, we will submit the legal process to the police and the South Jakarta Police PPA to carry out further investigations," said Aris to reporters at the location, Wednesday, September 26.
Aris also said that his party together with the Education Office would fully assist the police so that this case could be resolved completely.
"We from KPAI support that and will continue to monitor this process, we will coordinate with the police chief, the police chief and the next Sub-Department," he said.

Regarding the information on bullying (bully) against the victim, Aris admitted that he could not conclude because it was the authority of the police.
"Currently, the investigation is still in progress and even given the opportunity to the police to investigate this and of course it is a commitment for the school to help as much as possible and willing, of course it cannot be concluded what the in-depth motive is," he concluded.
