Banjarmasin Police Destroy Thousands Of Ecstasy Items
The ranks of the Narcotics Unit of the Banjarmasin Police, South Kalimantan (South Kalimantan), destroyed 1,913 ecstasy pills and 1.36 kilograms of methamphetamine from the disclosure of cases for the period August to September 2023.
Head of the Banjarmasin Police Narcotics Investigation Unit, Kompol Mars Suryo Kartiko, said that the destruction of the evidence was witnessed by 22 suspects out of a total of 19 police reports.
"This destruction is part of our efforts to protect and protect the public from the dangers of narcotics trafficking," Suryo said in Banjarmasin, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, September 26.
He said the ecstasy that was destroyed was not only in the form of grains, but also in the form of powder weighing about 3.03 grams.
"I urge the public not to become victims or to become perpetrators of narcotics crimes," he said.

After that, all the evidence that had been mixed with some of the liquids was thrown away and witnessed by 22 suspects.
