Burning Illalang In Summarecon's Land, 60-Year-Old Man In Tangerang Burned To Death

TANGERANG - A man with the initials A (60) was found dead with burns. The victim allegedly caught fire while burning an empty land belonging to PT Summarecon, Legok, Tangerang Regency.

The head of the Tangerang Regency BPBD, Ujat Sudrajat, confirmed the incident. He explained that the incident occurred on Monday, September 25, at 14.00 WIB.

"The body was found on fire at the location of the vacant land. The victim's position was supine, with the fire burning condition," Ujat said when confirmed, Monday, September 25.

Ujat explained that the discovery began when the fire on PT Summarecon's vacant land began. Then there was a small child who witnessed the blackout process.

"Then found a body that was thought to be a doll, then ran home to tell the Legok Village Head that there was a body in the fire," he said.

For this incident, the Head of Legok Village, Muliyana reported to the police for further action.

Ujat added that based on witness testimony, Hasan, the victim went to the land with the intention of burning to grow crops.

"The victim is in the field which will be worked on by burning the grass so that it can be used for gardening," he said.

The victim was buried after the family's approval to be buried immediately.

"The victim was taken to the house with the address of Dukuh Pinang, Rt01/02 Bojong Nangka Village, Kelapa Dua District by the Fire Department, for immediate burial," he concluded.
