Ipay Claims To Be Supported By ACTION To Open Voice About Violations Of Copyright For Cinderella Songs

JAKARTA - Rival Achmad Labbaka or Ipay underwent an examination of reports of alleged copyright infringement against Ian Kasela at Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, September 15.

Ipay said that what he had done so far, by exposing allegations of copyright infringement of the song Cinderella popularized by Radja, received support from the All-Indonesian Composite Association (AKSI).

AKSI dalam hal ini memberi dukungan dan ruang. Mereka mendport saya melakukan hal ini, kata Ipay usai jalani pemeriksaan.

In fact, Ipay said his courage to speak up because the association chaired by Piyu also did the same thing for copyright violations that occurred.

AKSI tempat saya berani menyuarakan ini, untuk melawan netizen yang sakit katanya. Saya berani karena ada AKSI," ujar Ipay.

Ipay said that ACTION had actually tried to mediate with Ian Kasela, but it was not achieved. Therefore, he inevitably made a police report.

"From the start, the ACTION was looking for a way to bring us together, but the person concerned chose this (law) route, I chose this route," he said.

Ipay, who feels that he does not get economic rights and moral rights for his work, wants to see Ian Kasela's good intentions to solve the problem.

Meanwhile, legal action is the last choice for Ipay, after Ian Kasela first made a police report against him.

"For twenty years I have been patient, gave opportunities and didn't want everything to be revealed to the public. I want the good intentions concerned," said Ipay.

"If in the end this is conveyed, this is my last choice. It's not an impossible thing to actually solve the problem well," he concluded.
