Lukas Enembe Jalani Session Of Alleged Bribery And Gratification Today
JAKARTA - The inactive Papua Governor Lukas Enembe will undergo a follow-up trial in the case of alleged bribery and gratification for the period 2013 to 2023, today. The trial will be with an agenda for reading the demands.
"The trial schedule is for prosecution," wrote the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the Central Jakarta District Court, quoted by VOI, Wednesday, September 13.
It is planned that the trial of Lukas Enembe's demands will be held in the Prof. Dr. H. Muhammad Hatta Ali at around 11.00 WIB.
Originally, Lukas Enembe was charged with accepting bribes worth Rp45.8 billion from several parties.
The details are Rp. 10.4 billion from PT Melonesia Mulia, Piton Enumbi. Then, Rp. 35.4 billion from the Director of PT Tabi Anugerah Pharmindo, Rijatono Lakka.
The money was given to Lukas Enembe to win companies owned by Piton and Rijatono in a project to procure goods and services within the Papua Provincial Government for the 2013-2022 Fiscal Year.
Meanwhile, for gratification, Lukas Enembe was charged with receiving Rp1 billion. The money was obtained from the Director of PT Indo Papua Budy Sultan through Imelda Sun which was sent via the account number Lukas.

In this case, Lukas Enembe was charged with violating Article 12 letter a or Article 11 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code Jo. Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
Then, Article 12B of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.
