JAKARTA - Under The Hawthorn Tree will be adapted in Chinese drama format. Young actors Zhang Jiashou and Xu Xiaoshu are confirmed to star in their adaptation versions.
Today, Monday, September 11, the production house shared the ceremony process before filming began. Zhang JiASHou and Xu Xiaoshu are seen holding a red envelope or Hong Bao.
This ceremony is a tradition as a form of application for the shooting process to run smoothly from start to finish. Apart from the two, Gao Yuhang and Zhao Andi were also present at the event.
Under The Hawthorn Tree is a novel by Ai Mi which was adapted in the form of a big screen in 2010.
Given the same title, Under The Hawthorn Tree tells of China during a revolution that occurred in a village in Yichang, Hubei.
