Indosat And China Mobile International Will Present Innovative Digital Solutions In The Telecommunications Sector

JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China Mobile International Limited (CMI), to take advantage of their respective strengths and capabilities in the fields of communication, data center, and infrastructure technology.

The MoU was signed by M. Danny Buldansyah, Director and Chief Business Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and Ge Jianbao, Director & Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of China Mobile International Limited in Jakarta.

"The partnership between Indosat and China Mobile International will help deliver new innovative digital solutions for our customers in Indonesia," said mine Sinha, President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison in an official statement.

Sinha also hopes that the two companies can work together to develop their respective businesses and continue with Indosat's greater goal of connecting and empowering the Indonesian people.

Through this MoU, Indosat through Indosat Singapore Pte Ltd (ISPL), and CMI have the same goal of improving their competitive position and business growth by providing better world-class digital solutions to serve customer needs in Indonesia and other global markets.

Indosat and CMI have also agreed to jointly explore strategies to expand their business to new and existing markets and to monetize the 5G market.
