Three Of The Six Teenagers In Tangsel Become Suspects In Minor Child Death Cases
TANGERANG Of the six youths who were detained at the Serpong Police, three of them were suspects in the death of a minor with the initials MBF (15). The three suspects with the initials Y (22), R (22) and I (21), they were proven to have abused and killed MBF.
Serpong Police Chief, AKP Darma Adi Waluyo explained, the incident took place on Jalan Raya Ciater, Serpong, to be precise in front of the Insan Cendekia Madani School, Friday, September 1, early in the morning.
"Serpong Police have named 3 suspects, namely Y (22), R (22) and I (21)," Darma said when confirmed, Monday, September 4.
Meanwhile, the other three perpetrators have been returned to their respective homes. Because he only had the status of a witness in the incident.
"Only witnesses, yesterday (Sunday, September 3) were sent home," he said.
Darma explained that the incident began when the group of victims and the perpetrators made an agreement to carry out a brawl. After a moment they headed to the designated place of the incident (TKP).
"There was a brawl between the two camps, because it was not balanced, one of the gangs resigned and the MBF victim was left behind with his entourage so suspect Y slashed the victim," he said.

After slashing the victim, the perpetrator forcibly took the motorbike used by MBF. Then took away and died the victim at the scene of the incident.
"The victim's motorbike was forcibly taken by suspect R," he said
The three perpetrators have been detained. They were charged with Article 338 Jo. Article 170 Jo. Article 365 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
"Threatened with 15 years in prison," he concluded.
