BLACKPINK's Jisoo And Park Jung Min Get Offers For Zombie Drama
JAKARTA - Another zombie-themed Korean drama that will be present. BLACKPINK's Jisoo and Park Jung Min are reportedly considering an offer for a new drama entitled Influencenza.
"This is one of the projects he is considering," said Park Jung Min's agency, SEM Company, which was also approved by YG Entertainment.
Influenza is a series from Coupang Play that tells of a soldier named Jae Yoon and his girlfriend, Young Joo. Park Jung Min gets an offer as Jae Yoon, a military soldier who is looking for a new job in his division.
Meanwhile, Jisoo got an offer for the role of Young Joo. The two broke up after Jae Yoon became obsessed with Young Joo for fear of the future. When the two chose to separate, they were reunited in the midst of a zombie-held world.
Jae Yoon, who was initially seen as a weak person, tried to venture against the world. He was also asked to become a group leader to fight zombie attacks.

Influenza is Yoon Sung Hyun's latest work directing the films Bleak Night and Time to Hunt. This drama is his latest collaboration with actor Park Jung Min while the script is directed by Han Ji Won who works on the film Parasite.
This year, Park Jung Min meets audiences with various film and serial projects ranging from Money Game, Harbin, Smugglers, and One Win.
BLACKPINK's Jisoo, which is busy with world tours, will end the tour series next month. If Jisoo accepts this offer, then Influenza will be her latest acting project after Snowdrop in 2021.
