Populix: The Majority Of Indonesians Use Technology To Support Work Productivity
JAKARTA - Currently, the world of work continues to change, especially with the influence and development of various technologies, including artificial intelligence, which currently makes work productivity higher and increases efficiency.
Discussing further on this matter, Populix launched a report entitled 'Unveiling the Tech Revolution: How Technology Reshapes the Future of Work' which discusses the influence of technology on future job projections and the development of self-capacity.
Populix co-Founder and CEO Timothy Astandu said that based on the results of the research, Indonesians are currently working with the help of platforms that help them to connect.
"It's quite connected to the internet that people can work from anywhere easily. The presence of artificial intelligence platforms also helps employees increase creativity. Not only that, but people can also take part in various trainings easily and cheaply," said Timothy further.
Populix reports reveal platforms widely used by the public personally to support their productivity are Zoom (77%), Google Workspace (54%), Microsoft Teams (30%), and Skype (24%).

While some of the most widely used platforms by companies include Zoom (68%), Google Workspace (49%), Microsoft Teams (31%), and Google Product (19%).
Furthermore, Populix also found that as many as 45% of the people currently also use AI-based platforms to support the effectiveness of work, such as ChatGPT (52%), and Copy.ai (29%).
The platform is widely used by the public because there are tools to work (75%), many templates for other jobs (53%), and help find ideas (44%).
In addition, another reason for using these platforms is because 26% of users are required by offices, institutions, and campuses.
