Secure A Place In The Last 16 Of The Indonesia Open 2023, Pramudya/Yeremia Are Not Afraid To Challenge The Daddies: Must Be All Out

JAKARTA - Pramudya Kusumawardana/Yeremia Erich Yoche Rambitan secured the venue in the round of 16 of the Indonesia Open 2023 after winning from British representatives Ben Lane/Sean Vendy.

This result will make them challenge the one country's senior men's doubles, Mohammad Ahsan / Hendra Setiawan.

Ahead of the match which will take place at Istora Senayan on Thursday, June 15, Pramudya/Yeremia emphasized their determination to perform optimally. This junior men's doubles does not feel burdened with the status of the potential opponent even though the head to head of The Daddies is far superior.

"For tomorrow, you have to go all out, don't think about the head to head who lost far," said Pramudya after the match at Istora Senayan, Wednesday, June 14.

"Yes, try to be better than the previous match. Take a lesson, hopefully tomorrow there can be a lot of progress," he hoped.

Pramudya/Yeremia are aware that the match against Ahsan/Hendra will not be easy, because experience and flight hours will be very influential when appearing on the field. Pramudya also considered this an advantage that made The Daddies survive until now.

"The excess of The Daddies is in terms of experience, because they already know what to do in a situation. That is the main key for them, which I think also makes them continue to survive until now," he continued.

Even though he realized Ahsan/Hendra's strength, Pramudya/Yeremia did not necessarily make it a threat. Instead, they see it as a tactic that can be imitated so that in the future it can perform better.

"Yes, maybe it's (the experience) that we will be exampled tomorrow, or maybe we come up with our own strategy," Yeremia added.
