Ditlantas Jambi Police Ordered Coal Transportation With Nopol Outside Jambi
JAMBI - The Traffic Directorate of the Jambi Police has begun to take action against coal truck transportation with police numbers outside Jambi.
Kamsel Sub-Directorate Kompol Agung Asmara said the action was taken because previously the Jambi Regional Police Ditlantas had given a time for transporting coal trucks numbered police outside Jambi to transfer vehicle numbers.
In fact, in the field, there are still coal truck transportations that have not transferred their vehicle police number outside Jambi to the Jambi police number.
The action was carried out by the Directorate of Traffic and Traffic of the Jambi Police by controlling a number of coal truck transportations that had not met the rules.
The control was led directly by the Head of PJR AKBP Atrizal, Head of Sub-Directorate of Gakkum Kompol Sukarman and Kamsel Sub-Directorate Kompol Agung Asmara at two points of Simpang Gado-Gado and Simpang Tanjung Lumut, Jambi City.
"A total of 10 coal truck transports have been secured and we are following up," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 23.
He explained that apart from being detained, coal truck transport drivers were also issued a statement stating that they were ready not to operate in Jambi and ready to be sent home.
