Nindi Ayunda Not Present For Examination Of Dito Mahendra's Case, Bareskrim Sends Second Call
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will send a second summons to singer Nindi Ayunda for questioning in the case of alleged possession of firearms (senpi) with the suspect Dito Mahendra. He will be examined with the capacity as a witness.
"Yes (it will fly the summons for inspection, ed). Not yet (scheduled)," said the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro to reporters, Tuesday, May 16.
Nindi Ayunda was originally scheduled to provide information some time ago. However, he did not attend for certain reasons.
"The first call has not yet arrived, if I'm not mistaken, I asked for a letter, but we are still the second call," he said.
In the examination that will be scheduled later, it is hoped that Nindi will fulfill it. Otherwise, he will have the same fate as Dito Mahendra.
Investigators will issue a warrant to bring it so that they can get information from Nindi Ayunda.
"If the second call is also not present, we have the authority to carry. That's all," said Djuhandani.
As a reminder, Mahendra Dito Sampurno alias Dito Mahendra has been named a suspect in the alleged possession of 9 illegal firearms. In fact, he is now a fugitive from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
His status as a fugitive is because Dito has never been present at the summons for examination either at the investigation or investigation stage.

In this case, Dito Mahendra is threatened with life imprisonment or 20 years. Dito can be charged with Emergency Law number 12 of 1951.
